Your request

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, requested date, product preferences, notes, and delivery city and ZIP code when applicable. We use this information to review your request, discuss a quote, and prepare your order. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

This website does not collect payment card details or require a customer account. Inspiration photos can be shared during our follow-up conversation.

Who can access it

The business owner uses a private dashboard to manage requests. Cloudflare provides website hosting, order storage and abuse protection. Your receipt is shown on this website; we do not send automatic confirmation emails. We contact you personally to discuss your request. We do not sell your contact details or add you to a marketing list when you place a request.

Your private receipt link lets you view your submitted details. Anyone you share that link with can view those details, so please keep it private.

Retention and requests

Order and contact records are removed two years after completion or cancellation. Other requests are removed after two years without updates. Technical abuse-control records are short-lived. Backup copies expire on their documented rotation, and email copies may remain in the sender’s or recipient’s inbox.

On your device

The form can keep a temporary draft in this browser tab so you can recover from an interrupted request. It clears the draft after a successful submission. Closing the tab ends the browser session. We do not use advertising trackers. Security services may use information needed to prevent automated abuse.

Food and allergens

Macarons contain almonds and eggs. Fillings may contain milk, wheat, soy or other allergens, and cross-contact is possible. Please discuss allergy concerns with us before an order is confirmed. A gluten-free shell recipe does not mean the finished product is allergen-free.

These products are made in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing or inspection. Product-specific ingredients, applicable labeling, and storage instructions are provided as part of the order process.

A request is the beginning

Your date and order are not reserved when this form is submitted. We confirm availability, design details, pickup or delivery arrangements, and the final quote personally before proceeding.
